These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products on the vaguealame.com website. By placing an order on this site, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website vaguealame.com. We take the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products to provide the customer with the best possible information. However, if errors or omissions appear regarding this presentation, Brand Architect cannot be held responsible.

3. Price

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Brand Architect reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Commands

Validation of the order by the customer constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Data recorded by Brand Architect constitutes proof of all transactions between Brand Architect and its customers.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered items. The customer can pay by credit card or any other method offered on the site. Brand Architect reserves the right to suspend any order processing and delivery in case of refusal of payment authorization by credit card from officially accredited bodies or in case of non-payment.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process. The delivery time indicated when the order is registered is given for informational purposes only and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer being awarded damages or the cancellation of the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal with Brand Architect, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalty. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of the customer's decision to withdraw being notified to Brand Architect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer obviously waives their right of withdrawal as soon as they order a personalized product or item (signed book, video, signed artwork, etc.).

8. Warranty

All products provided by Brand Architect benefit from the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to Brand Architect who will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.

9. Liability

Brand Architect, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the site vaguealame.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Brand Architect. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether they are software, visual, or sound.

12. Dispute Resolution

These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of La Roche sur Yon, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claims.
